Meet the Trinity Grace Farm Board & Staff

Shane serves as the Executive Director of Trinity Grace Farm. He has an educational background that includes non-profit leadership, mental health services, biblical coaching and pastoring, as well as property management. Shane is an ordained minister with a heart to serve. Throughout his career, Shane has been passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges through compassionate support, and practical guidance. Shane brings knowledge of the outdoors, and a desire to provide a safe and practical space for families with special needs to come and enjoy. His experience leading teams, developing programs, and serving people from a variety of backgrounds has equipped him to guide Trinity Grace Farm's mission of creating meaningful opportunities for connection, growth, and support for individuals with special needs and their families. Shane is committed to fostering a culture of dignity, belonging, and hope while helping the organization make a lasting impact in the community.
Board of Directors

Anna Harrison is the owner of I CAN-Adaptive and Inclusive Fitness Training. With an educational background in occupational therapy and nearly five years of experience working in pediatrics, Anna brings both expertise and heart to everything she does. Her passion for the special needs community began in high school and has driven her mission to help individuals feel empowered, strong, and confident ever since. Anna is married to her high school sweetheart, and the two are expecting their first baby in April 2026. In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Mary Martin is the founder of Building Bridges for the Mind, is a Davis Method Autism Approach® and Concepts for Life® Facilitator, a Workshop Presenter Trainee, and a Certified Cognitive Developmental Therapist. Mary’s journey into the world of neurodevelopmental therapy began with her intimate experience seeking help for her daughter’s developmental challenges. Mary has become a beacon of hope for families with children and teens who struggle with autism, executive function skills, learning challenges, and developmental delays. She believes each person is created with a specific purpose and has great value regardless of their current abilities. Mary’s desire is to help those who are struggling to find their footing and to participate fully in life.

Dave has a broad background of leadership experience in business, non-profit and church settings. His undergraduate degree is in Mass Communications, and he holds a graduate Seminary degree in Biblical Studies. His passion in life is to add value to the lives and vocations of leaders to help them be successful, so that they can add value to the lives of those they serve. Dave’s personal mission is to model, mentor and multiply servant leadership in all his spheres of influence. Leading group coaching sessions and teaching leadership through workshops and conferences are at the heart of his passion.

Danielle graduated from Johnson and Whales University with degrees in Business Management and Marketing. She joins the team with over 18 years of experience in retail with Target, Mattress Firm, and most recently The Vitamin Shoppe. Her husband Blaine has 11+ years with Food City serving as their Director of In Store Sushi. In their free time they enjoy going on adventures with their daughter, Claire.

Amy Wenk is a special needs mother, community advocate, and Director of Fantastic Friends at First Broad Street United Methodist Church, a ministry dedicated to providing fun, fellowship, and God’s love to the special needs community. A mother of three adult children, Amy grew up in Michigan but has called Kingsport home for the past 24 years. She enjoys running and spending time with friends and family.

Mick Coffman is a board member at large. He helps small business owners grow thriving, purpose-driven companies through strategic coaching and leadership development training. His approach begins with a thoughtful assessment of where your business stands today, followed by a collaborative process to define a clear vision, strategy, and actionable goals. With a strong emphasis on developing leadership within teams, Mick provides expert guidance, accountability, and ongoing support to empower organizations to become more engaged, aligned, and effective.
